Female Warfighter Research Dimension of Health & Performance (FWRDHP)

Mission

Mission

Women increasingly represent a significant demographic in the United States Armed Forces, now fully integrated across all Military Operational Specialties (MOS). Synergistically, with this shift in demographics comes greater responsibility for policy and Senior Leaders within the Force to ensure the guidance on health, injury, performance, and medical readiness appropriately supports and represents the needs of our female Warfighters. USARIEM has historically and continues to lead the way in female and sex differences research related to optimized performance for our Warfighters. As the premier leader for female Warfighter health and performance, USARIEM has dedicated efforts to conduct research, identify obstacles, and inform policy makers to enhance the performance and safety of our women in uniform.
